I am trained in specialist conflict resolution and mediation techniques that are effective in solving problems anywhere where people have to get along with other people – including the workplace. First thing I will do is arrange to meet you to discuss the problem(s) and analyse your needs. I will then make a proposal of what specifically I can do to help. For example, I can put together a mediation or problem solving program tailored to your exact needs, which will typically involve working will all stakeholders, individually and together, to reach agreement and come up with practical and workable solutions. Often this results in gaining commitment from all parties on deliverables and undertakings. I can also make recommendations on procedural or organisational changes that may improve communication or performance. The involvement of an impartial third party with specific mediation skills can make it possible to find solutions to problems you thought were unsolvable.
I can deliver these services, often in the form of workshops, at your business premises anywhere in the UK, or if you prefer, at an offsite location. I will also provide feedback and action plans that will help you to continue to benefit from the techniques learned after the workshops.
