Changing habits

Some clients come to see me because they want to get rid of or change an unwanted habit – that might be to address unhealthy eating behaviours or to stop doing something else that they wish to address. Or maybe they want to start doing something differently!  Either way I can assist clients by teaching them techniques to achieve their aims. Hypnosis can help clients to unlearn old habits or learn new ones, as can NLP.  Using therapy and coaching approaches I help people to work towards their objectives, whether that is to stop doing something they dislike, or to work towards something they wish to achieve.
